The SBR is a review and documentation of your technical infrastructure. It's also an assessment of the function and capacity of your current system and how they relate to your business and business processes. In other words, we draw out a roadmap of your enterprise.
Why is this important? For the simple reason that it's better to know the various dependencies that exist between your various systems and business processes. Enterprise/Infrastructure Support
ProxyIT provides infrastructure support for our clients' Intra- and Internet sites that include, but aren't necessarily limited to hardware, enterprise operations, database administration and network operations. In addition we also offer general hosting services such as web and license server hosting. Also, we provide license checking to ensure that your licenses are up to date. We also offer on-site office IT support for clients with an established in-house network.
Colocation Services
ProxyIT keeps colocation facilities in three established and well-managed ISPs in 3 cities — all high-availability environments with site security, uninterruptible power and redundant networks. This commitment to multiple colocation sites provides ProxyIT's clients site resilience, alternate network carriers, and out-of-state geographic failover services for the best possible protection of our clients' production infrastructures. Included in the colocation offering are remote monitoring of critical applications, and always-accessible availability checks for e-commerce, information portal and Internet services.
Network Security
ProxyIT provides diverse and thorough network security assessments for our clients and can make recommendations and implement security solutions utilizing a combination of software and hardware resources. This includes secure router installation and configuration and span and virus checking software. |
