ProxyIT On-Call
When a small business needs technical help in an emergency, there are too many "possible" resources, and none that know the specifics about their company. For a small fee, ProxyIT will perform the standard Strategic Business Review (see The ProxyIT Difference). With this assessment on file, ProxyIT will provide a technical responder with a documented understanding of the client's site and infrastructure. With a promise of a first available engineer and this critical understanding, you will save critical time and money that would otherwise be lost in a "learning curve" with a service provider other than ProxyIT.

ProxyIT On-Demand
This service is for customers needing the security of having a qualified vendor for the recovery from critical outages without an ongoing maintenance agreement. The prepaid On-Demand service allows a fixed price offering at the contract rate, with a priority response from the ProxyIT team.
