Premium Services The premium service of ProxyIT is the "ProxyIT Serve" operations engagement contract. As opposed to providing "one-off" services as needed, ProxyIT Serve is our client-centric, fully-customized ongoing service contract. With ProxyIT Serve, you can be assured of receiving ongoing maintenance and security as well as having a clear path for the growth of your enterprise for a monthly fee based upon the services we tailor to your needs.
We Work With You!
The first step in the contract engagement process is for us to sit down with you and do a strategic business review. This involves assessing the function and capacity of your current technical infrastructure in terms of your business and business processes. During this phase, we help determine what current factors affecting your business exist in your enterprise and create a list ordered by their criticalness. Then based on the critical factors list, we create a plan of action that deals with the most critical issues first, then provides a schedule of other issues that need to be resolved. Once the plan of action is fully documented, ProxyIT's expert technical staff will then execute the plan. And to ensure that everything keeps on working, we provide ongoing operations and manage your enterprise so you can focus on your core business.

It All in the Cookbook ~ Documenting Your Systems
It's one thing to offer services, it's an entirely different matter when your service provider doesn't document their work. A critical element of ProxyIT Serve is the creation and, as importantly, the maintenance of your enterprise "cookbook" that documents the proper configuration of your desktops, laptops, and network infrastructure, plus your critical software configurations. Any time a change or update is made to your system, it is recorded in the cookbook to ensure you have a auditing trail of the changes that will occur within your enterprise.
AssessIT
The initial strategic business review is merely a starting point to get your enterprise on-track. With AssessIT, we perform regular, periodic assessments of your enterprise, and as in the strategic business review, we assess the function and capacity of your enterprise and see if there are bottlenecks or critical factors that are affecting your business.
SizeIT
AssessIT produces key metrics that indicate the capacity and capability of your systems and networks. SizeIT in turn creates suggested avenues for configuration and upgrades, plus suggestions on system maintenance and network devices that could be employed.
RefitIT
After we complete the critical factors list, what you're left with is a baseline for the successful rollout of regular services. The RefitIT task includes things such as verification of the release state of your operating system(s), and service pack and virus definition currency. Here we also include disk maintenance, file system cleanup, and asset identification and tracking. Additionally ProxyIT will identify and verify data protection capabilities such as backup and data recovery processes.
ManageIT
This is a series of on-site services designed to document, maintain and optimize your IT infrastructure. These services include regularly scheduled on-site services ranging from virus detection and extraction to computer and network troubleshooting. These are supplemented with remote support from our Network Operations Center.
